At Belvanti, we are committed to providing premium-quality wellness products. Because our products are intended to be used consistently over time, we encourage customers to complete the full recommended usage period before assessing their results.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you have used your Belvanti product exactly as directed for a minimum of 30 consecutive days and have not achieved satisfactory results, you may be eligible to request a refund under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
As individual results vary, refund requests based on lack of results will only be considered after the full 30-day usage period has been completed.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for consideration, you must provide all of the following:

Your order number or proof of purchase.

Clear photographs of the product showing it has been used over the 30-day period.

Clear before-and-after photographs where applicable.
-
A brief explanation confirming the product was used exactly as directed for at least 30 consecutive days.

Any additional information reasonably requested by our Customer Support team to verify your claim.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after completing the 30-day usage period.
Incomplete applications or applications without sufficient supporting evidence may be declined.
Return Authorisation Required
Do not return your order without contacting us first.
All returns require prior written approval from Belvanti and a Return Authorisation (RA) before being sent.
Returns received without prior authorisation may be refused or returned to the sender.
Return Conditions
If your return request is approved:

Products must be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Belvanti is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected where a return is required.
Satisfaction Guarantee Limitations
To help prevent misuse of our Satisfaction Guarantee:

Only one satisfaction guarantee refund is permitted per customer.

Only one satisfaction guarantee refund is permitted per household.
-
Only one satisfaction guarantee refund is permitted per shipping address.

Only one satisfaction guarantee refund is permitted per payment method.
Belvanti reserves the right to refuse future refund requests where repeated claims indicate abuse of the policy.
Refunds Will Not Normally Be Approved If
Refund requests may be declined if:

The product has been used for fewer than 30 consecutive days.

The product was not used according to the recommended directions.

Proof of purchase is not provided.
-
Required photographs or supporting documentation are not supplied.
-
The request is submitted outside the required timeframe.

The product was purchased from an unauthorised retailer or reseller.

The product has been intentionally damaged, altered, misused or improperly stored.
-
There is evidence of fraudulent activity, policy abuse or misuse of promotional offers.
-
Multiple claims have been made in breach of this policy.
Promotional Purchases
Unless otherwise stated, products purchased using promotional credits, gift cards, clearance sales or special promotional offers are not eligible for refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photographs of the product and the issue.
We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has not yet entered processing, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
