Shipping Destinations
Belvanti currently ships to customers in a wide range of countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations, carrier restrictions, and product availability.
If we are unable to ship to your location after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or New Zealand public holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotional events or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes or other government charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Belvanti has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

Undeliverable or Refused Deliveries
If an order is returned to Belvanti because:

the parcel was unclaimed, or

customs charges were not paid,
additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Any original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Split Shipments
Where necessary, Belvanti reserves the right to ship orders in multiple parcels at no additional cost to the customer.
Risk of Loss
Ownership of products transfers upon receipt of full payment.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer in accordance with applicable law once the order has been delivered to the shipping address or the designated carrier, as applicable.
