General Terms
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Belvanti website and the purchase of products offered by Belvanti. By accessing the website, placing an order or otherwise using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Business Information
Belvanti is operated as a sole trader in New Zealand and sells products to customers worldwide through its Shopify online store.
4. Definitions
Definitions of Customer, Website, Products, Order, Services, Content and Intellectual Property apply throughout these Terms in their ordinary commercial meaning.
5. Changes to Terms
Belvanti may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Website. Continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability. Any attempt to gain unauthorised access, transmit malicious software or misuse the Website is prohibited.

Belvanti endeavours to ensure product descriptions, pricing, imagery and availability are accurate. Minor variations in packaging, appearance or labelling do not constitute a defect
Orders, Pricing and Payment
8. Orders
All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by Belvanti. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Belvanti reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where permitted by law, including where fraud is suspected, pricing errors occur, stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or the order breaches these Terms.
9. Pricing
All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Website where available. Belvanti endeavours to ensure pricing accuracy but reserves the right to correct genuine pricing errors before dispatch.
10. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order will be processed. Belvanti accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout. Orders remain the property of Belvanti until full payment has been received.
11. Taxes and Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other government charges imposed by their destination country unless expressly stated otherwise.
12. Promotional Codes
Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash, combined unless expressly permitted or applied retrospectively to completed orders. Belvanti reserves the right to cancel promotions where misuse or fraud is detected.
13. Order Changes
Once an order has entered processing it may not be amended or cancelled. Belvanti may, at its sole discretion, assist with changes requested before processing commences.
14. Fraud Prevention
Belvanti reserves the right to verify customer identity, billing information and payment details before dispatch. Orders identified as potentially fraudulent may be delayed, cancelled or referred to the relevant payment provider.
Shipping, Delivery and International Orders
15. Shipping
Belvanti ships to selected countries worldwide. Shipping methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are displayed during checkout and may vary by destination.
16. Dispatch
Orders are generally processed in the order received. Estimated dispatch times are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee.
17. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Belvanti is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, postal operators, courier services, weather events, industrial action or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
18. International Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may lawfully be imported into their destination country. Belvanti makes no representation that products comply with local laws outside New Zealand.
19. Customs and Import Charges
Any customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.
20. Risk and Title
Ownership of products transfers upon full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes in accordance with applicable law once products are delivered to the shipping address or carrier, as applicable.
21. Lost or Damaged Parcels
Customers should notify Belvanti promptly if an order is lost or arrives damaged. Belvanti may require reasonable evidence and will work with the carrier to investigate before determining an appropriate resolution.
22. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Belvanti is not responsible for delays, losses or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
23. Return and Refund Policy
The Belvanti Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, customers agree to the conditions set out in that policy.
24. Satisfaction Guarantee
Where offered, Belvanti's satisfaction guarantee applies only in accordance with the published eligibility criteria, including any minimum usage period, documentation requirements and claim timeframes.
25. Return Authorisation
No return may be sent without prior written approval from Belvanti. Returns submitted without a Return Authorisation may be refused or returned to the sender.
26. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for following all return instructions provided by Belvanti, including packaging requirements and payment of return shipping costs where applicable and not prohibited by law.
27. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
28. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing. Once processing or fulfilment has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
29. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
30. Fraudulent Claims
Belvanti reserves the right to decline refund or return requests where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse of the policy, false representations or repeated abuse of promotional guarantees, to the extent permitted by law
